Zaam Medical center is located on Plot 2 Kayemba road in Katwe, Makindye division in Kampala district. The 26-year-old facility initially started as Zaam clinic way back in 1993 as a two-roomed day-care unit offering out-patient services to the slum community in Katwe. Two years later, a maternity center was established followed by a laboratory and dental units by the fifth year of operation. The facility has fully expanded over the offering a wide range of services up to date.
