ZACHEDO has partnered with MOHU in various national programs including Uganda National Immunization program, AIDS control program and Family planning and reproductive health programs. Through these partnerships, ZACHEDO has provided free immunization coverage to children under 5 years and runs a free ARV/ART clinic with support from MOHU.

In 2012-2015 ZACHEDO partnered with UHMG in an effort to increase universal awareness of individual HIV status through free counselling and testing services. 168,000 youth, men & women accessed this service through the facility based and community outreach programs within the slum communities of Makindye division.

In 2011-2012 ZACHEDO partnered with Kampala City Council Authority in provision of free antenatal care services to the urban slum communities within Makindye division.

Zachedo in 2013-2016 partnered with MSIU to deliver facility based reproductive health services to 7,893 women and children within Makindye division.

In 2016, VGIF funded ZACHEDO one year project on the Socio-economic empowerment of HIV positive single mothers through entrepreneurship and vocational trainings. 220 women benefited from this project.

ZACHEDO in partnership with this Record TV conducts health sensitization programs every Tuesday on preventable causes of ill-health and death in focal areas of maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, sexual & reproductive health and non-communicable disease

In 2016 up to date ZACHEDO partnered with Population Cares in a condom sensitization program through which 5,000,000 have been distributed to date.
